security alerts, authentication events, expiring links, and other operational communications
("SMS Communications"). The following terms apply specifically to SMS messages sent by or on behalf of Traceless:

1. Purpose of SMS Messages

Traceless sends SMS messages solely for operational, security, and identity-verification purposes. These may include:

• Providing one-time verification links or codes
• Sending authentication prompts
• Confirming identity-related actions
• Delivering secure, time-limited communication links
• Notifying you of important account or security events

Traceless does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

2. Consent to Receive SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Traceless or interacting with a Traceless-generated verification
link, you expressly consent to receive SMS Communications that are necessary to complete authentication,
verification, or security workflows initiated by you or your organization. Your consent is not a condition
of purchasing any goods or services outside of the verification workflow itself.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on usage, including:

• How often you initiate verification flows
• Your organization's authentication settings
• Your interactions with Traceless secure links

Traceless sends messages only in response to verification or security-related actions.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Traceless is not responsible for
any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may stop receiving Traceless SMS messages at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS Communications
unless you re-initiate a verification flow. For assistance, reply:

6. Data Use and Privacy

Traceless uses the phone numbers it receives only to provide identity-verification and security services.
Traceless does not:

• Sell your phone number
• Share your number with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes
• Use your number for unrelated marketing

Data related to SMS Communications is handled according to the Traceless Privacy Policy and retained only
as required to provide secure verification services or comply with legal obligations.

7. Availability and Delivery

SMS delivery depends on factors including:

• Your mobile carrier
• Network conditions
• Device compatibility
• Local regulations

Traceless is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Unauthorized Use

If you believe your phone number has been used improperly or without your consent,
please contact Traceless Support immediately at

9. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers do not guarantee message delivery and are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Carriers are not liable for any damages associated with failed SMS Communications.
