platform and related services (the “Service”).

Traceless is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We minimize the storage of
message content and limit the collection of personal data to what is necessary to
operate and improve the Service.
We do not sell or rent personal data.

a. Customer Data

message content and files.
Traceless is designed so that Customer Data is not persistently stored beyond what is
necessary to provide the Service. In limited circumstances, certain data may be

automatically deleted in accordance with our internal retention practices.

We collect and retain certain metadata necessary to operate, secure, and improve the

This metadata is generally retained for up to eighteen (18) months and may be deleted
earlier upon request, subject to operational requirements.
